Dream of the Dry Days
With so much happening all the time, we’re finally getting caught up on our joyful monthly short cycle reports! This one and the next will feature a combination of several months in one report. We’d also like to welcome yogini Deb to the report team! She’s been an invaluable addition, helping edit and prepare slides!
Taking life one step at a time in the present sometimes includes taking a peek back at the past. In this moment, reflecting on the drier months this year, I’m remembering the abundance of produce grown both indoors and outdoors. Also, we’ve been deeply involved in the blessed reproductive cycle, which includes collecting, drying, and processing seeds. At the peak of the dry season, we were able to take care of many projects that can only be accomplished with the reprieve of rain and drier weather—most notably, the replacement of the plastic roofs and mesh sides of two of our greenhouses!
In the past months, we have received many motivated and hard-working visitors whose help is invaluable to many of our daily routines. We welcome them to the team with great joy! With each day, the cosmic play continues spiraling in and out in its fractally unfolding, infinite-dimensional drama. Sometimes, all we can do is hang on tight and be taken for the ride!
