Summary: There is only one religion on this planet. Sat Yoga teaches the essence of all religions—from the Buddha, to Christ, Rumi, Zhuangzi, Guru Nanak to name just a few. They’re all teaching the same thing, though different words may be used to express the discovery of God within, which comes not through religious study, but through eliminating the ego, which is the only way to find God, the Real Self, that is the essence of all.
